What for: To raise money for Get Ahead.
Hiya Guys,
Im back and with a new fundraising event being organised! Me and 29 other people are going to be staying over night in one of the most haunted places in Warwick and taking part in a paranormal investigation, in order to raise money to help Get Ahead.

The aim is to stay the whole night and survive until the morning.
What is Guys Cliffe?
In a hidden part of Warwickshire atop a natural sandstone ridge lies a truly haunted property and a mecca for ghost hunting in the shape of Guys Cliffe House. From the 7th Century this hallowed site has seen occupancy and in later centuries a great home would arise to dominate the surrounding landscape but its fortunes would eventually falter. Now vacant and part-ruined none but the dead seem to pass by in the dark of night? Here the famous Guy of Warwick found refuge and here he died to the lament of his wife the fair Felice who threw herself from the cliff at the site and whose ghost is said to be seen in her despair. From the early small chapel to the great stone house of the late 1700's and it's possible slavery connection the estate blossomed but of late and within less than a lifetime it would suffer greatly. The house served as a soldiers' hospital during the Great War, a boy’s home in the Second World War but would be abandoned not long after that.
A catalogue of misfortune and finally a devastating fire destroyed it's once lavish grandeur. Forgotten by many it now sits almost out-of-time, its walls harbour echoes of those long gone, its dark passages dare you to explore and more mysteries arise from looking than are answered. This place is home to a great spiritual mystery with the power to shake the walls at this evocative location. It is considered by our well travelled team to be the most potent location we have yet encountered! Quoted as being 'a location for none but the brave' we would agree with that! You have been warned...
